Choose a day from the official programme before travelling. Saturday 10 October has the Ban des Vendanges at 9:45 and the Grand Défilé from 11:45 to 13:30. Use public transport: motor access to the Butte may be restricted from 8 October. For step-free access, check the festival's route and funicular hours before setting out.

The event
The Fête des Vendanges marks the harvest of the Clos Montmartre, the small vineyard on the north slope of the Butte, with five days of concerts, shows, meetings, street animations and discoveries across the 18th arrondissement. The 2026 edition, the 93rd, runs from Wednesday 7 to Sunday 11 October under the theme Le 18e donne le rythme, the district setting the beat.
Check the official programme for each venue, time and reservation link. Free admission does not guarantee entry: the organisers may close access when a site is full.
Getting there and moving around
Metro lines 2, 4, 12 and 13 serve festival venues. The organisers discourage or may prohibit motor access to the Butte from Thursday 8 October; some streets also have parking bans. Check live RATP service before leaving.
The official venues provide accessible entry. For the Parcours du Goût, the designated access uses the funicular from Place Suzanne Valadon. On Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 October it runs 06:00–19:00 and does not reopen until the next day. The organisers also publish a step-free street route to Place du Tertre.
Good to know
- Check the official programme for reservation requirements before choosing a day; all events in that programme are free.
- Expect bag and person checks at official venues. Access may close when a site is full.
